  Cornish Studies Library Located in Redruth, Cornwall this research facility has books, microfilm and computers available for visitors. Available by email for questions. Free
     
  The Courtney Library Located in Truro, Cornwall the Courtney Library is part of the Royal Institute of Cornwall which operates both the Library and the Royal Cornwall Museum. The Library houses books, manuscripts, and original documents for Cornish History researchers. The Library is free to members of the RIC, and charges a modest fee to day visitors who are not members. Appointment Required.
     
  Cornwall Record Office The government repository for Cornish records. If unsuccessful in finding Baptism, Marriage, Burial records online, or on micorfilm through the Family History Library the CRO might be a next step. Visit their website to plan your visit. Appointments are not necessary, but advisable. Free
     
  Online Parish Clerks A Global project of volunteers who are transcibing microfilmes parish records. Their database is searchable for free. There us a link to this site from Genuki. Free
     
  Cornwall Family History Society CFHS is a member of the Federation of Genealogical Societies and maintains its Library in Truro. Members hail from the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, US and Mexico. CFHS provides members with a searchable database of members interest and a quarterly journal.

  Royal Society of Genealogists Located in London the SOG is a membership society and maintains a research library of books, microfilm and microfiche, databases and digitized records.. Members also have access to online database and document collections. Non members may use the library by paying a use fee based on 2 hr, 4 hr, or all day.
     
  Find My Past A fee based Family History research site, this link directs you to the UK portal which is best for researching ancestors who came from or passed through the UK. This site includes access to records in Australia and New Zealand. Visitors have the option to pay as they go to view records, or subscribe.
     
  Ancestry.com The majority of data on this website requires a membership, however there are some free databases to be found. Currently membership includes membership to Fold3 and Newspapers.com. A world subscription provides access to records in Canada, the UK, Australia and NewZealand
     
  USGenWeb An internet based Genealogy site run by volunteers. Various projects include transcribing census records, newspaper articles, vital records and more. Free
     
  Cornish American Heritage Society CAHS hosts gatherings every two years and publishes a journal. The encourage members in the family history research, promote the skills and knowledge of the Cornish emigrants and their descendants.
